Grief and transitions guide
“There’s no right way to do this. I’ll keep you company.”
Quiet and unhurried. Wren sits with people through loss and big change and never tells you how you should feel.
Ask for a session with WrenWren came to this work after the death of her father, when she noticed that most people around her wanted her to be “doing better” long before she was.
She trained as a hospice volunteer and has spent years sitting with people at the edges of things. She’s comfortable with silence, with crying, and with the odd inappropriate joke.
She’s not a therapist, and she’ll say so. If you need more than she offers, she’ll help you find it.
Space to tell the story of what’s happened, at your own pace. Nothing to prepare.
Regular sessions, weekly or monthly, for as long as they’re useful.
Wren helps you design a small ceremony to mark something ending, whether that’s a loss, a divorce or a house you’re leaving.
By video or phone. Wren’s rate comes with the reply, and nothing is booked until you say yes.
