Six of Wands tarot card meaning

Upright

A rider wearing a laurel wreath, the crowd cheering. The Six of Wands is recognition: a win, public credit, the confidence that comes with being seen.

Reversed

Reversed, the recognition hasn’t come yet, or you need it so much that it’s steering your choices.

If you pulled it today

You’ve done something well. Let it be noticed. Accept the compliment without shrugging it off, and let it fuel the next thing rather than becoming the thing.
